Welcome to the beautiful Bella Estate located at the edge of Scottsdale in the McDowell Mountain range. You will enter through a private gated entrance into Hidden Hills. This wonderful home welcomes you the minute you arrive. As you walk through large Cantara wrought iron front doors your met with an amazing view of the majestic Camelback Mountain. This house at more than 10,000 square feet is ready to make all your vacation dreams come true. Whether you have come to relax, entertain, or a little of both this house has it all.

As you enjoy this home you can't help but notice the attention that has been paid to the details. As you sit in the living room you can open the floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful sunsets or night lights. There is a hand carved bar ready for cocktail hour. A large stone fireplace if it gets chilly and an 80 inch high definition television for your favorite movies.

If you prefer music with your views the estate has a Yamaha Player Piano along with a state of the art sound system. The Estate's entire electronics is controlled by Crestron. Everything from watching a movie in the theatre or listening to your ipod pool side can be controlled with the Crestron. If you were to have any questions no need to worry, the Estate comes with your very own private concierge who will be at your service when you wish to view movies, work the fire-pit, take a steam or relax in the sauna.

Your main master bedroom is large and spacious with its very own private fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony to see the amazing view of Camelback and the surrounding mountains. Take in the beautiful sunsets while relaxing in the out-door hot tub. The master bathroom offers both his and hers vanity sinks, a Jacuzzi style tub, and a private outdoor shower. Large walk in closets for him and her complete with your own LG washer and dryer.

Each of the other 3 master suites come complete with their own private baths, walk in closets and either a private balcony or access to a patio, black out shades, LCD tv's and of course King beds with luxurious bedding!

The kitchen is truly a Chief's Dream. It is complete with all the state of the art appliances. There is a 60 Wolf gas grill with 2 large electric ovens, Miele Coffee/latte maker, and 2 Subzero refrigerators. Plenty of counter space to handle larger groups or private chiefs.

The main outdoor balcony offers a large outdoor fireplace, plenty of seating along with a large LCD TV. A wonderful place to hang out while taking in the city lights.

You can take the elevator down to the 15 seat private movie theatre that is set up with a sound system that makes movies come alive. There is a game room that has 2 LCD TV's, a pool table, foosball and a ping ball table.

The Bella Estate has a resort style backyard. Relax in the private cabana, swim in the negative edge pool, play putt putt on the nine-hole course or have a barbecue for family and friends.

A destination resort at home!

We have stayed at this residence several times and will continue to do so when we are visiting the Scottsdale area. This estate is extremely comfortable while possessing all of the state-of-the-are amenities that one might find a a world-class destination resort.
Usually one of us has business while some of us are at leisure so having all of these activities at our fingertips is extremely desirable. I would highly recommend this estate to any of my friends or associates.

Mountain View Awesome

Our family visits Scottsdale every year for Cactus league baseball and adventure. This was the 10th year and we now favor renting homes over area resorts due to the crazy March rates. This year we booked Bella Estate and have caused a huge problem. We have seen perfection and are now spoiled.

The best thing about Bella are the patios and views. Sunset over Scottsdale are not to be missed and we made it a point to be there each night for the show. The pictures show just how deluxe this huge home is but they don’t do it justice. From the movie room to the huge baths to the party pool room, we had everything we needed to live like rock stars. And that we did.

Nobody in our group expected the free concierge service. As Scottsdale veterans, we already knew our favorites but Tammy turned us on to three new ones. Her call got also got us into the Ocean Club on a busy Saturday night with a party of six. That is juice. Her best play was helping us secure some extra baseball tickets to a sold out SF Giants game. Not sure how that was done but the service was grand.

Bella really does feel like an estate and has moved to the top of our list. Just please don’t try and book it in March when we want it.

From our first visit we fell in love with this magificent "RESORT". From the pools to the Theater room this beautifuyl place has every appointment imaginable. Luxirous accomdations, black out shaes in al the bedrooms, infinity pool, home theater, gourmet kitchen, tempature controlled wine cellar, luxurious cloud comfort beds, views that go forever with a short ride to town but I can't think of a reason for leaving this property. Almost all of our evenings were sopent off the the family room balcony and bar BBQing and sipping wine. We can't wait to come back!
