We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it! You will Love this Home. The Owner designed it for his family but had to move for his career. It is very well done with an open layout, a very high end kitchen, redwood deck off both the front and the back, pet friendly with a doggy door connected to the private yard, private driveway, a great hot tub, picnic area, and is wonderfully landscaped throughout.

About Richard Norwood

My name is Richard Norwood and I just built my first vacation rental at my Property on Tourmaline St. I have spent over two months going over every detail and I am excited to say that I am very pleased with the product and I am excited to share it with the upcoming guests. I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years. After I graduated from UCLA, I was a high school teacher and would eventually like to go back into teaching, however, Real Estate has always paid the bills. I also own an operate an outdoor adventure company (www.huntandgofish.com), sending clients all over the world. I am an avid fisherman and love my two dogs Sadie and Mia.

Charming vacation home!

My wife & i and another couple stayed at Richard's house in Pacific Beach for a week in late February. We had a grand time! The place is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, with EZ access to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The kitchen was totally furnished, so it was a snap to cook our meals. In the back is a nice small deck with a hot tub that we used almost every night. The front porch is perfect for people watching and suntanning. There is a good flat screen TV/Video with cable and 4 beach bikes you can use for free. We had a couple of questions, and Richard promptly responded. He is a great guy and an excellent resource for info on San Diego and it's charms. We loved our stay and highly recommend it and Richard, the landlord too!

This house was a great place for us to stay with my daughter and grandson. The things that were included in the house are too many to mention! It is in a great quiet area with a hot tub that we used at least twice a day and walking distance to the beach. The owners were great and easy to get a hold of. We had many emails back and forth before we left that were replied to very quickly. You would be crazy not to choose this house as a vacation rental! Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home!
