This amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath is steps from the beach! Beautiful space with modern upgrades. Large kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The building has a shared large patio with lake views. 2 full baths. Bath one has 4 body sprays and a railhead and Bath 2 has a jetted bathtub/shower combo. On site garage parking is available for an addl. nightly fee. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants, Loyola and the Red line train station.
What makes this property unique
Lake/Beach/Park are steps away. Owner provides paddle boards to rent if interested. (First came, first serve-24 hour notice).
The property has outside security cameras. 2 facing North in the front patio area, 2 in the back alley on garages, 1 on east side of garage, 1 in the east back fenced in area facing north. Also, there are additional cameras not in shared spaces- 1 camera on the 3rd floor back deck facing south and 2 on the rooftop deck.
