EXPERIENCE THE TRUE HAWAI'I and be delighted as you enter this custom home, thoughtfully designed with high ceilings, ample windows and light-filled spaces. Allow the magic of the Big Island to enter your soul, as you feel yourself begin to relax and rejuvenate.

HAU'OLI HALE BOASTS a spacious living room with a 32-inch flat screen TV/DVD player along with Direct TV satellite service. You'll find a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Jenn Air appliances and a comfortable informal dining table, or you can dine out on the lanai, with seating for six.

THERE ARE THREE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE at Hau'oli Hale. A beautiful set of french doors from the upper living room lead you to a huge master bedroom with King-size bed, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and a full bathroom, conveniently situated in the hallway betwen both bedrooms. The third bedroom is a private suite on the first level considting of a Kng-size bed, sitting area with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, full ensuite bathroom plus a lanai with additional seating, and a great Weber gas grill.

FOR PLAIN OLD FUN, the owners have created a play area in the two-car garage, where you will find a new ping pong table along with other fun recreational things.

Just down the road is Kehena Black Sand Beach (some locals consider it "clothing optional"), the Hawaii County safe lava viewing area, and the fun and lively Kalapana Wednesday Evening Market with local produce, prepared foods as well as arts and crafts to enjoy! You can also buy local produce at the Saturday Farmer's Market right in this neighborhood!
