Tropical Island Individual Home Retreat with over 2,000 square feet and every amenity you could ask for! Heated Pool and Spa within your own private Tropical Paradise. Your own Boat Slip outside your front door on beautiful Bimini Bay! Just a short walk to the powdery white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico's aqua blue waters . Three bedrooms and a den plus an enclosed large furnished Sunroom, two full baths, sleeps 6-8 people. The living room boasts leather sofas, a 51' flat screen TV, stereo and a real wood burning fireplace for those rare chilly nights. Or lounge in the enclosed sunroom overlooking the flora-secluded pool area. So relax in a well-appointed private home large enough to 'get away' from it all. We are a Pet Friendly vacation rental. Plus we just expanded backyard to include a 10 seated tiki umbrella picnic table for great entertaining.A large hammock for two surrounded by white beach sand great for relaxing! We have enclosed private outdoor shower . 2 new flat screen tvs in the bedrooms and new furniiture in the sunroom including a queen sofabed . All for your Great Vacation! Seems everyone always ends up right here. ; catering available. *jetted tub -connected to the heated pool outside is a heated hot tub that seats 4 or more people comfortably , day or night as we have soft overhead lighting in the pool /hot tub at night too.. *linens , towels , bedding for beds, pillows, blankets ,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, beach cart filled with everything for the beach.We provide starter paper towels, soap , shampoo, toilet paper,etc. *The driveway is quite large holding about 3 cars and a boat trailer on the side of the home.

Laid-back chic!

We stayed at Island Time in January and thou the weather was not always perfect - our accommodations were just what we needed. The open floor plan was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the hot tub every night. The location was central to all activities, yet private and quiet. Everything was very clean and they had all of the ammenities - more than you could list. The owners are like good friends - theyt were there when you needed them and alway eager to give recommendations for any of your desires. We will definitely return - don't miss this one - you won't be disappointed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Backyard Paradise

My family had a great time. We spent more time in the backyard then we did at the beach. The pool, hot tub and Beach area where great for our 8,6, and 3 yr olds. We also were able to go fishing on the dock and caught a couple fish of the dock. It is a small walk to the beach when we decided to go to the beach as well. Will stay here again.

DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!

We stayed at Island Time for 4 weeks and did not want to go home! The house is so very nice...very clean, warmly decorated and cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. It's on a lovely quiet street and we walked to the beautiful uncrowded beach every day. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the back yard is totally private. Shawna and Dwight greeted us the day we arrived...even had some food and water waiting for our little dog...and a bottle of wine for us! They could not have been nicer or more accomodating.
We also had guests and they fell in love with it too. NOBODY wanted to leave! We love Anna Maria Island!

Island Time Extraordinar!!

After looking at the beautiful pictures the owners provided, we were excited to see the real thing. The real thing was more than picture perfect and we were not disappointed with the entire stay at this home! Owners met us upon arrival which was helpful as they showed us around and gave us some hints about the surrounding area. After days end we could hardly wait to get into the hot tub as we listened to soothing music provided and watched the night sky overhead. The living room was so comfy and the kitchen was a delight to my husband, who is the chef in our family. No expense was spared in making this a definite "home away from home"; owners even put up our Canadian flag which we truly appreciated! We would definitely consider returning to this lovely home, especially for another romantic week away.

True Paradise

My stay here was amazing. The house is beautiful and very accommodating to adults as well as children. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need from dishes to cookware. We were able to enjoy the beach that is just minutes away as well as the downtown restaurants and pubs. We also enjoyed a nice bike ride (with the two bikes that are provided at the house) through the downtown area. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here and we will be returning very soon.
