This beautiful 2,000 sq. ft house is modern and clean. It sits on 3 acres of beautiful landscape and has a great 18 yard pool.

The house, recently renovated and conveniently located between Woodstock and Saugerties (5 minutes drive to both towns), has an open layout of 2-stories and offers spacious living room, 3 bedrooms and a huge play room.

The living room has high ceiling, skylight windows and a wooden stove. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes stainless steel appliances as well as other cooking tools. The dining table includes seating for 8 and can be extended to 10 seats. You can easily step out from the living room to the deck in the backyard. It is great for entertaining and has a new Grill.

The master bedroom is very big and has high ceiling, a king size bed and five windows overlooking the backyard. The master bath has a wonderful hot tub.

On the other side of the house we have a beautiful playroom where you can relax, hang out or enjoy a yoga session. We have there also a 50' smart TV with unlimited Neflix movies and Xbob console.

A staircase separates the 2 bedrooms upstairs from the 1 bedroom downstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and is big enough in case a single airbed needed to be added.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds and extra 2 single mattresses under the beds. This room is perfect for 4 kids that want to share a room. A jack and Jill bathroom with a bath connects the two bedrooms.

The house is only 4 miles away from the center of Woodstock, 8 miles away from the town of Saugerties, 30 miles from both Bellayre and Hunter Ski Resorts. Located right off Glasco Turnpike this property allows easy access to nearby towns, shopping, and events while still allowing you to retreat to this beautiful space with nature views.

Close to all the action in Woodstock, including the local Film Festival, Markets, and Bearsville Theatre. There is always something going on in and around town from Art Auctions to various Fairs and Festivals running all season long. The area also offers many activities such as skiing, horseback riding, fishing, canoeing, water-tubing, swimming, and hiking. We provide a listing of activities and entertainment available in the area.

I stayed at this house with a group of 6 girlfriends for a relaxing baby shower weekend celebration. We really enjoyed the place - the kitchen is big and a great place for group cooking/meals, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the location is good. You feel a peaceful sense of privacy but can easily go to Woodstock to hang with the locals. The downstairs bedroom does not have curtains so bring an eye cover if you're not in to early mornings. This is a nicely maintained, comfortable and laid back place to stay, and Hava is very easy and pleasant to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It felt very cozy and inviting and offered anything we hoped for and more. Hava is lovely and communicative, answering all questions and providing lots of useful information. I imagine this being a great place to experience in the summer time but we enjoyed it very much this early spring.

An amazing house very clean and well-equipped!

This house is simply amazing. It has a modern feel but it’s still cozy. Very close to Woodstock -- a very fun little town. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The beds and the sofa in the living room were extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful time! We will be returning soon.
