Direct Oceanfront Pet-friendly 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath condo in quaint New Smyrna Beach Las Brisas Complex

This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have queen size beds. There is a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. This unit is also equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, 2 bicycles and boogie boards! Wireless internet is available throughout the complex.

Las Brisas is located on the driving beach and has a beautiful pool plus a hot tub! There is covered, underground parking on the first level plus a tennis court as well.

Area Summary

Located on Florida’s east central coast, New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside retreat located at the southern mouth of Ponce de Leon Inlet. It is a small, historic city, and yet offers 13.2 miles of beach to enjoy. Located only 55 miles northeast of Orlando, it serves as a favorite get-a-way destination for many Central Florida residents and has garnered significant notoriety as a surfing destination, often hosting American Surfing Professionals’ competitions. Through the years, the City of New Smyrna Beach has maintained tight controls on growth, resulting in a limited number of low-rise condominiums being constructed. The city has also held strict parameters on beach traffic which, in addition to protecting beach goers, simultaneously protects nesting sea turtles. It is a nesting ground for loggerhead sea turtles, and Florida’s loggerhead population is the largest in the nation.

We had an outstanding vacation in this lovely condo. Each room has been beautifully decorated and is well maintained. There is now new living room furniture and all the beds are very comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked with pans and nice dishes.The condo is completely equipped with everything you will need including beach chairs and beach toys. Las Brisas is a well maintained quiet condo complex and we certainly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.The best feature is the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. It is breathtaking - starting with sunrise and continuing through to moonlight on the waves.We enjoyed many walks on the beach , an Eco-tour from the Marine Discovery Centre and even a rocket launch from Canaveral. This condo is very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed by Greatoceancondos. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves the ocean and a quiet lifestyle.

The Property was very nice and clean. The pictures of the condo were exaactly what the condo looked like. We were right on the beach and very close to many restaurants. The listing agent was very helpful and informative. We had a minor problem getting in our other condo, but help arrived very quickly and took care of us. The carpets needed a little attention The internet service was poor and spotty. We enjoyed our stay and had a good experience. The Condo had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location, huge kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace. It was clean, tons of spare towels and beachtowels. Very nice. We had a lovely time although it was raining for the whole week. I'd love to come back.

This unit was poorly maintained. The kitchen had ants swarming over everything. The 2 couches in the living room were broken, the love seat had a fake fireplace log propping up one end. The window in the dining room area was cracked in 2 places. Overall this was a disappointment as a rental goes and definitely would not recommend this to anyone. There are many restaurants nearby, the beach is at your doorstep, and the weather was great. The Garlic restaurant was very good.
