SUMMER
With just a five minute walk to sun and fun on the big beautiful clean beach at Pere Marquette or one block to drop your kayak in Muskegon Lake, you will love this area for all of your summer outdoor recreation. Leave your car behind and either walk or bike to neighborhood stores, eateries, and the cross-lake ferry to Wisconsin for a day trip.
The Bluffton Dune Hideaway is located 3 blocks from Lake Michigan and 1 block from Muskegon Lake. This is your spot for your summer fun...whether its kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding either lake or biking on the trail just below the cottage. Unique rehabbed logging hut sits high on a dune gives you a bird's eye view of the great little enclave called Bluffton. Its a little like 'Swiss Family Robinson' without the pirates!! Ideally located, Muskegon has the best beaches and parks around. Quaint towns of Whitehall and Grand Haven are each a 20 minute drive respectively north or south.
The Hideaway can be rented alone or as part of an adjunct property on the downside of the the dune. This is not your typical cottage. Its compact and comfortable. Impeccably clean and natural. Kayaking and paddleboarding are just 5 minutes away at either Lake Michigan or Muskegon Lake. If hiking and biking is your gig, the path runs right past the cottage. It doesn't get any easier. When you are done with your day, relax to the sounds of summer. Do it all or do nothing at all...read a good book ...write your first short story in the screened back porch high up on the forested dune.....absorb the nature and paint that scene of the trees canopy.. we provide the books, the paper, the canvas. This place is so AWESOME you will LOVE IT!!
We set you up with a concierge packet so you'll know where you are going. We help you design your perfect vacation doing just what you want to do!!
