The gorgeous upper level is surrounded by large windows and amazing views. It has the 2nd Master bedroom which also has it's own beautifully tiled private bathroom. On this top floor, you will find yourself spending the majority of your time where you can actually capture an ocean view from the back balcony and also from the front balcony that is located off the kitchen. This floor has a gorgeous kitchen equipped with new and modern appliances, granite counter tops, and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. Making a meal for friends and family could not be any more enjoyable in this large kitchen with a huge island with seating for 4 guest to spend time laughing or reminiscing.
