Lo-Key can be separated for three families-upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; downstairs there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a living room, kitchen and fireplace; and there is also a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom mother-in-law suite on the ground floor.
For the Fisherman, Lo-Key has a large fish cleaning station with a light, a commercial ice machine, and an outside bait freezer. Boat trailer parking w/fresh water washdown.
There is no shortage of fun activities at Lo-Key. Included are 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards; you can fish from the dock or beach area at the house, you can swim from a beautiful white sand private beach, enjoy outdoor feasts on 2 gas grills on the beach or 1 gas grill upstairs on patio, and grab a cocktail under a cool island tiki hut. Lo-Key has a full size basketball court with lights, a corn hole set. There are 6 bicycles to take advantage of the bike path that runs directly in front of the home. While relaxing on the dock or beach you may see manatees, spotted rays,snapper,Grouper,parrot fish and many more types of fish. Eagles,ospreys and the great horned owl have all been spotted from our dock.
On the 3rd floor there is a huge private balcony with ocean views that seats 10-12 people with plenty of room to dance the night away, or a perfect place to relax at night to listen to music and look at the stars.
All the attractions of amazing Islamorada and the greater Florida Keys are at your doorstep. Offshore, Islamorada has the best sport fishing and diving in the U.S.A. For your offshore adventures there is Bud 'n Mary's charter fishing and dive boats. You are five minutes by boat to Channel 2 & 5, some of the best Tarpon & Shark fishing in the world, as seen on many fishing shows. Onshore, there are a plethora of activities and top-notch restaurant and bars. World famous ROBBIE’S of Islamorada (2 min car ride) offers many different marine activities including Fishing Charters, Reef Snorkling trips, boat rentals, jet skiing, kayak's,shopping and a delicious restaurant. Don't forget to visit Scarface in the Tarpon Feeding area. Robbie's will cook your fresh catch at the HUNGRY TARPON Restaurant, also there breakfasts are Incredible. ISLAMORADA FISH HOUSE for lunch & WORLDWIDE SPORTSMAN(5 min car ride) for all shopping/fishing gear needs,Worldwide has many Fishing charters to choose from inshore or offshore(just speak to the dock master to make arrangements). THEATER OF THE SEA(10 min car ride) you can swim with dolphins, sea lions, and stingrays in their natural salt water lagoons through there interactive swim programs. The OCEAN VIEW is truly one of the great 'Key-Z' destinations in the fabulous Florida Keys.The owners are former Pittsburgh Steelers standout Gary Dunn, and former Los Angeles Rams All-Pro Dennis Harrah purchased the Oceanview Inn. tourist-friendly location, while preserving its history and local charm The outside bar is a great place to have lunch.(Thur night is steak night)

Do you want to relax? Anne’s beach is moments south, The incredible Morada Bay Full Moon Party is a short hop north(as seen on the travel channel) A Great time for the whole family.
WHALE HARBOR is world famous for there seafood buffet, It also has many offshore charters to choose from, Its a great spot to have a cocktail and see what the boats have caught for the day.
Lo-Key is a private estate with only 2 other homes on the property(one being the Guest house) The landscaping on Lo-Key will make you think you are living in a travel magazine. Carefully cross US 1 and enjoy walking along the public beach or grab a fishing pole and do some beach fishing. Lo-Key is a truly beautiful home and has unlimited opportunities for fun and relaxation alike.
