Recently remodeled, this cozy three bedroom Forest Pines condo is well situated one block off Lakeshore Drive and convenient to the beaches, shops, restaurants and the Hyatt.

The living area is bright and airy, the kitchen is totally renovated with new cabinetry and appliances. The Master Suite downstairs has a private bath with steam shower, while the two bedrooms upstairs share a bath with Jacuzzi tub. Gas log fireplace, Lazy boy recliners and all rooms have TVs.

The complex offers a year round hot tub and sauna and an outdoor pool in the summer months.

Turnday: Any.

Amenities: Community Hot Tub, Community Pool, condo, Deck or Balcony, Fireplace, Laundry, Low elevation, Skiing Near by, VCR and/or DVD, Walking distance to the Hyatt, Walking distance to the Lake.
