  • $150/Night
  • 50% deposit required - balance due upon arrival and you are welcomed with a gift basket. Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, Cashiers/Registered Check, Cash Check in 3:00 PM/Check out 11:00 noon. Rates Are Based On Two People. Please add $20 per night for each additional guest. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Rates do not include 11% tax. Depending on our availability we are flexible especially when children are involved or if we have an opening that fills a gap for us. Don't hesitate to ask. Cancellations and Refunds: Balance due upon arrival. Please: reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of one night's stay. Less than 30 days you are subject to forfeiting your deposit.

Hale Koi is a delightful and tranquil cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much and only wished it could have been longer. The cottage itself is very comfortable and well equiped. Both the bird and gecko life is wonderful to watch and the view is terrific. We can hardly wait to go back.

We arrived in the dark after 27 hours of travel and immediately felt relaxed and at home. What a surprise when we looked out the next morning - your photos don't do the cottage justice, the view is absolutely stunning. Very comfortable, welcoming, set in wonderful gardens, a very cute and friendly cat for company, the most entertaining geckos and every need catered for. Your directions and recommendations were spot on. Thank you Nancy & Burt, we had an amazing holiday that we'll never forget.

What a memorable vacation we had! Your cottage was so sweet and inviting from the first moment we saw Kui waiting on the steps by the flashlight, to our final pictures as we said a sad farewell. We just wanted to thank you for the nice touches we found waiting for us and let you know that we will recommend it often. It had everything we needed, even a few things we didn't know we'd need - like the Hawaii bird book. From the views, to the lovely aromas, to the soft sounds of geckos, what a place Hale Koi is to visit! Thanks again!

What a wonderful cottage...a joy to wake to birds and the ocean. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a wonderful week. Many afternoons we chose simply to read on the patio overlooking the ocean, listening to the birds!
