Great cottage on Weirs Blvd near Weirs Beach with private boat slip on Paugus Bay, 2 bedrooms, 3/4 bath and water views. Perfect for small groups of up to 5 people, this condo has a great deck and assigned parking. Additional trailer parking onsite as well. Part of a condo community, you will make firends quickly here. The large open air deck offers views of the Bay and a great space for grilling and dining outside. A roof top deck over the boat house is a great gathering space with 180* views of the water. Enjoy a dedicated swimming area, playground and walking path to the dock area. There is a picnic table, high top pub table and gas grill.
