Two wood burning fireplaces and wonderful natural light are sure to please. This house offers a rustic flair with beautiful wood work and hard wood floors throughout. The mainfloor master features a Queen bed with large dresser and a second bedroom with 2 twins and a full bath with jetted tub. Upstairs provides 3 additional bedrooms, 1 King with a walk in closet, 1 Queen and a third room with 2 Twins and another Full bath. Access to a private 28 foot boat dock provides easy access by water to nearby Weirs Beach and Meredith Bay. A gradual hill leads to the waterfront. Guests also have use of the large Governor's Island community beach and playground just a short drive or walk across the island. If you have a large group, the neighboring house is available on a case by case basis and will allow for an additional 10 guests. There is a rental premium for Bike Week. Please inquire about rates.
