Rosewind is a beautiful summer home four houses from Little Traverse Bay. Take advantage of the mecca of Northern Michigan's best. Truly a dream vacation come true! Our home sleeps 6-8 in four spacious bedrooms.

Discover area treasures - sandy beaches, golf, fine and casual dining, wonderful shopping, sailing, hiking, historic Machinac Island located within driving distance - music -theatres. Memories are born here - tour it - see it - LOVE IT!

About The Owner

We are both creative souls. We love to decorate and are actively involved in Bay View activities. Bev has her doctorate in early childhood development and Jim teaches math and science and also coaches track and cross country. We love our time in the summer in the Petoskey area.

The Owner purchased this house in 2008
Why The Owner chose Petoskey

We have vacation homes in Petoskey/Bay View. We love the area and hope to retire to one of them in the near future. We have six grown children and 5 grand children so we wanted space for all to be together and we find Petoskey a true treasure.

What makes this house unique

Our home is four houses from Little Traverse Bay. You can view beautiful sunsets. Area shopping is very close by in downtown Petoskey. There are numerous activities to enjoy and our home is a very comfortable place for down time.
