Beautifully furnished contemporary 3 bedroom townhome overlooking Laconia Country Club golf course. Two finished levels with high speed internet, built-in AC units and immaculately clean. Close to Lakes Region attractions. Located in the gated community of South Down Shores in Golf Village. Relax on the patio, walk to the community pool behind the house, or use the large sandy community beach, which is only 5 minutes away. A great location. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Assigned Parking - Maximum number of vehicles allowed is two. Motorcycles are not allowed near the condo, but can be parked in off site area. Spaces are available for $200/week. Boat slip rental is also available for an additional fee. Please inquire with your booking agent.
