Unique and Absolutely Beautiful Vacation Home on Lake Winnipesaukee (HYN21W)

You will enjoy all the custom features of this home. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths make this a comfortable home for 8 people. 30 feet of natural shoreline and a private 32 foot dock provide you with plenty of room to enjoy the lake (you do have to cross a private drive to get to the private beach). Lovely deck for enjoying the views and access to the home's garage for your vehicle. Additional perks include, Cable TV, Central Air, Gas Fireplace and Wireless Internet. Paddle boat included! 2 bedrooms located upstairs - one with queen bed and the other has 2 twins. Also one Full bath is located on the upper level and another 3/4 bath on the main level. The lower level offers a single bedroom with 2 twins and daybed with a trundle. A 3/4 bath on the lower level is available as well. Please NO pets and NO smoking.
