Light-filled contemporary cape on a wooded acre of land situated on a quiet, dead-end road. The house sits just off the bike path and a short distance to South Beach, Long Point Beach, Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown Golf Course. Ten minute bike ride to Edgartown or a five minute walk to the nearest bus top, with buses regularly scheduled to all Vineyard towns. The house features an open floor plan with light wood paneling and hardwood floors on the first level. Also on the first level is the master bedroom with private bath and separate entrance, a Completely Renovated kitchen 2012, and a powder room. Upstairs features a large, carpeted loft – a great place for kids to play games or watch TV or movies. Also upstairs is another full bath, second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedroom with 2 twins and 2 twins in the loft. Ceiling fans throughout the house. This home features charming island décor and is immaculately maintained.
