LOVELY CLASSIC HOME SET WITHIN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE WATERFRONT, BEACHES, AND FINE RESTAURANTS, SHOPS & GALLERIES. THE BEAUTIFUL GARDENS GIVE ONE A SENSE OF SUMMERS IN AN EARLIER ERA. IT HAS A SUNNY MODERN KITCHEN AND IS WELL MAINTAINED. EXTRA SLEEPING FOR TWO IN GUEST HOUSE IN WARM WEATHER MONTHS ONLY. OUTSIDE DINING CAN BE ENJOYED ON THE PATIO OR THE SCREENED IN PORCH AT THE GUEST HOUSE. PERFECT SPACE FOR A FUN FAMILY GET-TOGETHER! NOTE: Only 12 people are allowed though there are beds for 14.
