Immaculate air-conditioned home with great 'in-town' location. Walk to Edgartown harbor, beaches, galleries and resturaunts. The traditional exterior gives way to a contemporary interior floor plan with plenty of light and spacious feeling throughout. There is a rec room on the lower level which is a great family gathering space with a sofa, bathroom, TV, and ping pong table. It is newly decorated and furnished. A deck and large back yard makes this an ideal Vineyard vacation home.
