I have one, two and three bedroom suites in the heart of Waikiki. The rates listed below inc. phone, cable, parking and all the comforts of home. the only additional charges are $100.00 USD cleaning fee for the one bedroom suites and $200.00 USD cleaning fee for the two bedroom and a $300.00 cleaning fee for the three bedroom suites. A $200.00 USD security deposit along with the dates and times of your arrival and departure will hold the suite for you. The deposit is refundable on check out if the suite is left in the same condition as when you checked in.
The refund policy is as follows. A full refund 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 15 days prior to check in and in the event of an Illness you have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. -
High season three bedroom three bath Penthouse $2,500/wk or $6500/mo
Low Season three bedroom, three bath Penthouse $2,000/wk or $5000/mo
