Right on Kahana Beach--just a few short steps and you are on a quiet sandy beach perfect for the whole family Enjoy over 1400 square feet of living space with 2 BR and 2 BA. Enjoy the great Maui sunsets on your private lanai The condominium is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

- - Living room with a color TV, DVD, stereo and CD player. An air mattress provides sleeping for 2 additional persons

- -Also included are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, etc.

- - Fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, coffee maker, all dishes and utensils and a washer and dryer

- - You will wake up to a view of the ocean and the island of Lanai from the queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with its private bath

- - The second bedroom with queen bed gives you a great view of the West Maui mountains with the bath adjacent.

Great Family Vacation!

This place was perfect for our family. We were traveling with my parents as well as our 2 young children. Having two separate bedrooms allowed us to have the privacy we needed but still all be together. We arrived to a bright, clean unit with everything we needed. Having boogie boards, snorkels, fins, beach chairs and umbrellas made it even better. A very nice beach is right across the street and grocery stores, shopping, and other beach activities are no more then a 10 minute drive away. The price was great and Ken was very helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I and my 14 year old son spent a fantastic week at this lovely condo. Thank you Ken, it was great. Convenient, well equiped, clean, comfortable, and a great location. Pool and BBQ area were an added plus. I can't wait until we can go again (hopefully in 2012)

A perfect place

This is a very homey condo. I really like to say it felt like it could have been our property. This is a turn key condo with everything you need (plates, condements, fully furnished, snorkels and bogey boards and other puzzels). My kids stayed either at the pool or the beach the whole time. On the beach you can watch the sun set nightly. If we travel back to Maui this is where we will stay again.

We stayed from 4/11-4/17/2010. It's a wonderful location away from all of the highly populated tourist areas but close enough to get there quickly. Boss Frog's is literally a block away (best for snorkeling) and a little grocery for any forgotten items. Just across the street at the Sands you can get breakfast for $3.99 which is great if you don't want to cook that day. The beach is just across the street. While we were there we were lucky enough to see whales from the lanai. The condo is wonderfully comfortable and the lanai has a terrific view of the surrounding landscape and ocean. The condo has all of the comforts of home nicely included. The owner is very kind and the price is super reasonable. A charming nice little piece of heaven right here.
