Fully screened pool, large deck. Covered lanai, gas bar-b-cue and sun loungers. The back yard is fenced in and surrounds the pool making the pool completely private.
This Florida vacation home also has two comfortable living areas, 5 TVs including 3 (52in, 32 in, 19in- HDTVs), CATV, DVD player, Sony Playstation2, CD player and 2 VCRs. Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. Three further double bedrooms one with queen size bed and TV, another decorated with Mickey Mouse theme. Two more full bathrooms.

We also offer attraction and dinner show tickets of all types including Sea World, Disney, and Universal, Water Parks and Dinner Shows. Activities:
Disney World, Magic Kingdom, MGM, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom 3.5 miles away. SeaWorld and Universal Studios nearby. We provide directions into the back entrance of Disney keeping avoiding nearly all of the traffic.
The villa is within driving distance of COCOA beach on Florida's east coast for those non park days. (directions can be provided.) Also within driving distance of NASA if you are lucky enough to be in Florida on a Launch day.
Plenty of baseball is available for baseball fans. During spring training 3 teams ire within a few miles and during the Baseball season the Tampa Bay Rays are within a 2 hour drive on I-4.

Area:
The villa is located in a very peaceful location. Upon booking we will provide you with little known information on how avoid the RT-192 traffic . You will not find this info on Disney maps. You will only need to get on Rt-192 for .25 miles and 2 traffic lights to access any Disney Park including Downtown Disney and water parks. You will be on Disney property within 3.5 miles of leaving the villa.
This is as close as it gets yet in a quiet development away from the noise.
There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Also not necessary to use RT-192. There are so many to choose from you're spoilt for choice!
