Amenities: Both our condos are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including new kitchens, appliances and washer/dryer. Both are completely updated and remodeled, plus we've equipped them extra amenities that you won't find elsewhere such as high speed internet, bikes, beach & pool equipment (chairs, umbrellas, floats, shell nets, sand buckets, and beach towels), games, videos, books and lots more. From both our condos, our guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel's shelling beach. The screened lanai is the perfect spot to relax, read a good book, view shorebirds and dolphins, or fall asleep to the hypnotizing sounds of the surf.
Our condos are located at Sundial Beach Condominiums. Sundial features heated beachside swimming pools, gas BBQ grills, wireless Internet, nearby golf, and restaurants. Plus 1/2 mile of beach frontage and endless miles of beach for walking, collecting seashells, or savoring a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Activities: Sanibel Island is a true Paradise and once it's discovered, visitors can't wait to return year after year. Sanibel is truly an unspoiled tropical Paradise right here in the US. You'll find no highrises, stoplights, or fast food restaurants; just miles of beach, bike paths, nice restaurants and shopping, wildlife preserves, and friendly people.
Area: Sanibel is home to picturesque shops, many restaurants, a fun shell museum, and the famous Ding Darling wildlife refuge.
Miles of scenic bike paths meander along the Gulf, wildlife habitats, scenic neighborhoods and shopping areas. Canoe or kayak in bay waters where you will likely see dolphin and manatee; or stroll along the beach for miles, where you can gather seashells and watch shorebirds.
