Enjoying its own private swimming pool with sun deck and park style BBQ grill. We include complimentary membership to our breathtakingly beautiful private gulf front beach nearby approx 10 minutes to coast by car. Free beach club parking, showers, spotless restrooms, cabanas, picnic tables/chairs, bbqs & palm trees. Local boat charters available for exploring the Gulf of Mexico, meet the local dolphins, manatee, have a go at water skiing/jet skiing or just relax & enjoy some fishing & island hopping. Our vacation pool home is licensed & professionally managed. It is fitted with smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers. Our local, reputable management team maintains the villa so expect to do nothing but enjoy your vacation.

Cool ceramic tile throughout dining kitchen & bathroom areas. Cherry hardwood floors in living room and Master bedroom with heavenly 'queen four poster bed' en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with two twin beds & bedroom 3 with heavenly 'queen' bed. Further family bathroom serves bedroom two & three.

Property was really comfortable and clean, with effective air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool.
Rear garden is overlooked by adjacent villas, so sunbathing privacy is limited.
As it was our first trip to America and we did not have a local map, we did not manage to find the private beach mentioned, however this did not spoil our holiday, as we drove down to Clearwater beach daily (approx 30-40 mins by car) and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely sandy beach there and can recommend Crabby Bills restaurant for really fresh sea food.
Owner's Response: We have installed a privacy shade to the side of the lanai and additional supply of local maps and private beach passes.
