From the impressive oak and marble lobby to the roof-top swimming pool (somewhat rare in the heart of the city) this building offers more amenities than you might expect. This is the perfect location to 'chill out' after exploring the city. Located on the metro line and with buses and taxis at hand you can reach every neighborhood quickly and easily. Maybe you'd rather work out than chill out; you can choose from the sauna, gym or exercise courts for basketball, soccer or volleyball.
Your modern apartment is tastefully furnished to make you feel at home. From the granite and stainless steel kitchen to the marble in the bathroom, furnished balcony and large closet space--your surroundings provide the kind of comfort and style you desire to assure that your visit is pleasant. This upper floor location combined with modern windows and doors assures the climate comfort and privacy you need.
Your toughest choice might be whether to eat in or dine out. You can order delivery of anything from coffee to Asian food. Stock you own pantry from the modern grocery store just blocks away or check out the restaurants in every direction from the apartment. Many are among my favorite restaurants in the city. In the Alto Palermo area just a few flocks away, for example, a core of name brand stores are surrounded by blocks and blocks of trendy restaurants supported by upscale local professionals.
Equally close is the historic cemetery at Recoleta with high brick walls protecting the impressive mausoleums of Evita (Don't Cry for Me Argentina) Peron and hundreds of others, some famous and others not so. Surrounding the cemetery are shops and dining spots frequented by many travelers.
The architectural eye-candy of Buenos Aires seems to peek at you from around every corner. Known by many as the Paris of South America the city fathers for many years enforced their preference for French-style building design. It shows! Beautiful architecture dating from the late 1800's to the present appears unexpectedly--housing museums, cafes, cathedrals, hotels, schools, apartments or government offices. It's not hard to imagine you are in Paris as you sip your morning coffee and nibble a 'medialuna' (the local word for croissant) while reading the daily at a sidewalk cafe.

While I live in southern California most of the year, Buenos Aires draws me back like a magnet. I could never give up my visits to this magical city. From the delta town of Tigre to the antique markets of San Telmo or La Boca and everything in between--Buenos Aires is like no other city I know.
I am lucky enough to be able to return to Buenos Aires a couple times a year to visit friends and family. I was born here and have lots of family members nearby. The location of my apartment is very important to me. From here I can grab the metro, a bus, taxi or train to get most anywhere in the city or surrounding areas.
I enjoy catching up with my neighbors in the building when I visit. We have lots of social interaction around the pool, volleyball court and party room. Also I enjoy the dining and night life with my neighbors as well as many lifelong friends.
Unique Recoleta location on the metro and bus lines when combined with train, taxi and/or simply walking gives you fast, affordable and convenient access to the most desirable neighborhoods for shopping, dining and enjoying the architectural highlights of Buenos Aires.
