Walk to 10 restaurants and fishing pier and never use your car! Swim in the heated ocean side pool, walk the beach or go para-sailing for the more adventuresome. This 10 unit top floor condominium directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has a king size bed with full view of the beach from bedroom And living room! A huge walk-in closet in master BR and two single beds in 2nd BR. Only 25 minutes from the world-famous St. Armand's Key shopping area. Great theatre, golf courses and other attractions available in Bradenton & Sarasota with a historical downtown in a Key West-like setting. The kids have a new miniature golf course 1/2 block away and a fishing pier nearby.

No High Rises!!! Want MacDonalds--you won't find t: A small town feel with no high rises or fast food restaurants! This is not your average condo! Recently renovated and decorated by artist-owners in a Florida theme, our condo features ceramic floors and carpet, VCR, microwave, 3 cable TVs, AC, stereo, CD, DVD, sheltered parking, all dishes, linens - and even a washer and dryer if so inclined! Security door on building and you can even grocery shop right across the street. Small pets allowed with additional deposit. And one hour from Tampa airport and 2 hrs from Disney World. If you want family accommodations this is a great spot for a great price!!!

Free trolley!!!: See the island free on the trolley! Shop at world famous Armands Key, Plus a bottle of wine awaits your arrival!! And, you can walk the beach for 7 miles if you dare....

Beach items included!: You don't have to buy a thing. We have the buckets, the chairs, the umbrellas and the boogie boards!!

We just returned from our vacation and it was wonderful! We loved your condo...it made us feel at home. We have stayed many places on the Gulf, but by far, this was our favorite and are planning on returning next year.

We had a terrific time. This condo has everything needed for a great vacation, and it is perfectly located for restaurants and amenities. The view is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing to sound of the waves crashing to the shore.

Best time ever!! We just returned home after a WONDERFUL week in this great condo. This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and we loved it... Couldn't ask for anything better - we will be back :-)
