Casa del Sol is located near Jacksonville FL between Ponte Vedra Beach and 15 minutes north of the historic city of St Augustine. St Augustine offers many attractions and has much history to be shared and enjoyed by all. The area offers great dining options, shopping, unique stores, quaint village with cobblestone streets awaits your arrival. Casa del Sol is surrounded by the ocean to the east and the Guana State Park/intra coastal to the west. Guana Park offers fishing, hiking to intracoastal waterway, spectacular wildlife, also a new ecological center. There is a deep sea marina close to the house by the St Augustine inlet. Enjoy the World Golf Village - Home of the Hall of Fame and many area golf courses. Close to Sawgrass TPC. The area is primarily residential homes surrounded by the Guana State Park with dining options and shopping close by- the beach is private and peaceful.

Again, we want you to know what a wonderful house you have. We feel so at home when we arrive and you have gone far beyond the usual rental in the furnishings and kitchen wares. We so enjoy the view and sitting on the porch. It was just a very wonderful visit and the weather cooperated

We Found The Perfect Beach House

My family has been renting houses in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 25 years and this house is by far one of our favorites. We have rented it twice and will continue to rent it. You are literally steps from the ocean. I bet my nephew $20 that he could not cast a line from the porch and hit the water. It took one cast and I lost $20! The house is always super clean and we have never run into any problems during our stay. The upstairs suite is wonderful, but our favorite room of the house has to be the kitchen! We love to cook and there is plenty of room for the whole family. This year we saw a sea turtle in the water and caught a good amount of fish. It was hard to pack up and leave, but we did leave with about 50 shark's teeth!

We loved everything about this house!

The view is picture perfect. The location is convenient to all that St. Augustine has to offer. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner has thought of everything. The listing description is very accurate. Our favorite part about the house is sitting on the porch, playing board games, watching the sun set.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful view and owners very nice. Easy access to st Augustine. Only critique is that the kitchen supplies need to be replaced.

We live locally and needed a home to accommodate our out of town family members that came to visit for a reunion. Casa del Sol was the perfect place! There was plenty of room for all, we like to cook and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our family meals. Everyone who stayed at the house only had positive comments.
