Know what you are paying for and getting! This condo has served as the owners second home since 1999. This is very significant as our condo is as well appointed and meticulously kept as our primary residence waterfront home. Beware of “luxury condo” money machines that are in a million dollar location, although furnished by 2nd hand furniture and very run down since the owner never occupies the unit. Insist on knowing this information, checking references and seeing current pictures before finalizing a condo rental decision. We rent our condo ourselves after unsuccessfully trying to have real estate companies do it for us – unfortunately a very common story locally.
