4th Arrondissement Pompidou Le Marais Studio Rental Photos and Description
Studio, 1 Bedroom + Convertible Bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
This large studio is on one of the two islands in the very center of Paris. This apartment building was built in 1643 on the Seine. This is one of the best old world addresses in Paris.
The 369 year old building is on the Seine, and the apartment with a courtyard view, a total of 47m2. The studio is a good size, 37m2 downstairs and separate large comfortable 10m2 sleeping loft upstairs. The main room has 11 ft ceilings, tall windows with open wooden beams. Unlike most apartments this size, the bedroom has a large separate loft upstairs away from the living area. The loft has a low ceiling clearance but is easy to get around in this large area with plenty of storage for your luggage and can sleep three.
As you exit the building you're on the Seine once again. The river is beautiful and tranquil at all times of the year with the riverboats coming and going. A very special area of Paris.
The pictures enclosed tell all.

My name is Art, I live full time in Manhattan and Fire Island and have been in NY for 19 years now, originally from San Diego, CA. I work hard to make this apartment nice. I am a finish carpenter and work on all my properties. I have other island properties to let if interested.
To be on the island and walk on the river walk during the sunset, is the most beautiful place to end the day.
The unique situation about this apartment is that it is located on a very quiet courtyard 2nd floor. Once you exit the building your on the tree lined Seine. The butcher, bakery, cheese shop, wine shop, ATM, & convenience store, all on the island. One does not need to leave the island for daily supplies. The metro at Pont Marie, #7 line pink, just across the bridge, along with the large grocery store at St. Paul, is very close.
