Great location

The place was great!!! clean, fantastic location and the bed was very comfy. Normal noise for New York, we slept very well. We arrived at Penn Station and had to take a cab to go get the key, then back to the apartment, that was a $40.00 trip, so it would be better if their was somewhere closer to the apartment to get the key. Also one draw back was that we had to leave 3 days early due to Hurricane Sandy and if we had been in a hotel we could have checked out and not had to loose 3 days accommodation, out of the 8 days that we'd already paid up front, as we did not get anything back for leaving early. I did email them asking if we could receive a bit of a refund but I did not get a reply, so I took that a a no. Due to the circumstances of not being their fault, or ours, it would have been nice to receive some of our money back or a credit for our next stay. So that is a drawback of not staying in a hotel. But other than that it was a lovely place to stay. Felt like you lived in New York city.
