1 Bedroom with Full Size Pullout Sofa in Living Room and 1 Full Bathroom

A spacious comfortable one bedroon condo located just steps from the Pacific Ocean. Located in a secure community, with a private pool, BBQ area and garden. About a 10 minute walk on the beach gets you to center of a charming town called Playa del Coco, or just Coco. There you'll find a big assortment of local restaurants, highlighting the best in Central American cooking. Spectacular fish and seafood, always caught fresh that morning. There are plenty of bars featuring happy hour specials and nightclubs to dance the night away. Shop til you drop at local merchants offering the best in Costa Rican wood products, coffee and more. There are also active volcanoes, rainforests, random monkeys and lots of activities within driving distance. You will love Costa Rica!
About Heather/ Tres Hoosier Monkeys

We are John and Heather and we are from the US. We visited Costa Rica on vacation in late 2011 and fell in love. We had always wanted to own an investment property and finally found the ideal location. The people are amazing and the country is beautiful! The picture above is of us and my Dad ziplining, one of our favorite activities in Costa Rica.

We bought this property because it is the perfect size for a couple. We love that we can walk to town and the beach, we never rent a car while we are in Coco. We also like that our part of the development has only 10 units that share the pool, many others have twice as many units sharing the community pool. It is also at the back of the development which makes it peaceful.

What makes this condo unique

We did our best to make it comfortable and to American decor standards, a home away from home :)

  • $250 Damage Deposit Required. It will be returned upon notification that the condo is in good order.

    50% due upon reservation, 50% + the $250 damage deposit due one week before check in. We accept credit cards and e-checks through this website or via PayPal. You can also wire funds or send a personal check for the 50% deposit. Checks will not be accepted for final payment.

    30 day notice of cancellation required to qualify for refund.

    13% Costa Rican sales tax and $30 cleaning fee to be added to all rentals under one month.

    Limit of 4 people staying in the unit.

Great Spot In a Quiet Area

This is a real nice condo,clean, modern,phone,wifi,pool right out the front door in a quiet group of ten condo units. My wife and I spent one month there and thought it was perfect location for us. Ten minute walk to the beach,15 minute walk to the main street of Playas del Coco where all the resturants and bars are and about a 25 minute walk to the big super market. All the taxi,s know where it is and if you don,t want to walk $2. will get you just about anywhere around town or back. The owner Heather is very easy to deal with and very quick to responed to any questions or concerns you may have. This was our first time to Costa Rica so we were very happy with our pick of this condo,no disapointments,no worries.

Great condo, Heather was great to work with as this was a last minute trip. Even helped us on getting a transfer to the condo. Condo was clean, air conditioning worked great, pool was right out the frony door. Beach is close and a small market is also close. Had a great time!. Thanks Heather.
