The beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the cool mountain air, flowing rivers and waterfalls, abundance of wildlife and botanic splendors beckon members back, year after year-- taking them away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

With over 685 secluded acres, the Cullasaja Club of Highlands is a distinctive property, with just 288 homes, for those who choose to relax in quiet security but play all day in the most beautiful play ground in America.

Get out and hike nearby trails, canoe or fish our lake.Take a 20 min drive to Highlands to shop or head to the Nantahala National park only minutes away. Arrive back at home and enjoy the sunset from your balcony. Then come inside to enjoy the fireplace, cable TV, or sit down to view a movie on the big screen TV from our selection of DVDS. However, if we can re- rent the property for the cancelled period, or a portion thereof, we will refund any amounts recovered from the new rental, less the 10% and $50 fee. We had a wonderful weekend renting this mountain home. We have been to Highlands many times and this is the first time we have had the pleasure of staying in the Callasaja club. The entire property was luxury and first class. When we go to the home itself it was very nice. Our personal highlights were the screened in porch and back deck with long range mountain views, the open floor plan on the main level great for socializing, and the two master suites on different levels perfect for two families. We highly recommend this home!

A Fantastic Stay

The Bowen Family Home was an absolute treat for our family. The home is very spacious, fully stocked and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms are seperated to allow for ultimate privacy. Cullasaja Club is beautiful and quiet; we really enjoyed our walks through the rolling hills. The owners were great to deal with; friendly and responsive. We will indeed be looking forward to coming back to the Bowen Family home for yet another enjoyable trip to Highlands.
