With over 1800 sq. ft. of designer furnishings and décor, you'll revel in first class style. The upgraded baths, lighting, countertops, bedding, and gourmet kitchen, in an open and spacious floor plan, will more than impress your family and friends.

'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean is situated on Navarre Beach, which was awarded the 'Best Restored Beach' of 2012. Nearby, is a quarter mile long pier for your strolling and fishing pleasures. Although Pensacola and Destin are a short ride away, if you prefer to avoid their traffic and congestion, there are plenty of local options for shopping,eating and live music.

When you first step inside 'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean , a west -end corner unit, the 270 degrees of unparalled beach views absolutely take your breath away! There are 16 windows, floor-to-ceiling glass, which provide panoramic views of Navarre Beach's pristine, emerald waters and sugar-white sands. With no high-rises to the west, you'll enjoy these unobstucted views day and night.

While sitting, lounging, sunning, or eating on either of the TWO corner balconies, you'll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Navarre Beach and the fabulous views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Island. The placement of this condo on the 7th floor is low enough to keep you intimately connected to the ocean, yet high enough to maintain a feeling of privacy.

'Sunkissed' at the Caribbean will please the most discriminating of travelers. The gourmet custom kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops that wrap around to include a temperature controlled wine cabinet with stemware. Other features include a stainless steel side by side refrigerator with ice maker, smooth-top stainless range and oven, built-in front loading washer and dryer, microwave and quality cookware. The custom wood cabinets provide glass doors(front and back), which allow both light and views to stream in. All of this is set off beautifully by the stunning Travertine tile throughout the kitchen, living room, dinning area, all three bathrooms and both balconies. Absolutely Gorgeous

Gorgeous from the decor to the views! My husband and I and children, 10 and 2, were so happy when we walk through the door to this place! Then we saw the view and even our 2 year old said "Wow"! This place has it all from everything in the kitchen to the comfortable beds! The balcony was great! We sat on it every day and was able to watch sting rays and dolphins! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you are able to spread out and enjoy your vacation! There was plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook, when I wanted to :). And the washer and dryer was great too! Bryan was always a phone call away and provided excellent help. I have already told all my friends and family how great this place is and definetely would recommend it to anybody! Everything in this condo is comfortable and clean and it just feels like home away from home! I definitely plan on going back to Navarre and staying in this condo!

A Bit of Heaven

Walking into Sunkissed was like walking into Heaven and much more. It was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the scenery, sunsets, and walking along the beach. Our company also enjoyed our "home" and couldn't get over the view. We loved the area and the small town feeling. Thank you Bryan for making us feel at home.

We rented this place when we visited family in Pensacola. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. This condo unit is just fabulous! From the moment we walked in, we knew we made the right decision to rent this unit. It was very clean and the attention to every detail is impeccable...from hand soaps in every bathroom to all the kitchen items that you will need is provided. We have stayed in a lot of condos and I must say that this is the first condo that we've stayed at where we didn't have to buy those little things that you forget to bring on your vacation. Sometimes it's the little things in life that makes it all better! It truly gives you the feeling of home away from home. And Bryan, the way you hid that washer and dryer was impressive!

The view, especially from the living room and the master suite is breathtaking. The furniture is of high quality and good taste. The beds were very comfortable. If you sleep in the master suite you will not want to get up. I could have just laid there and admired the gorgeous view from the comfortable bed.

We had Christmas dinner with the family at the condo. There were 11 adults and teenagers and there was plenty of room. We never felt crowded. This is really an amazing place. Thanks Bryan for making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. The condo furnishings, decor, and overall ambiance were high-end, luxurious, and wonderfully tasteful. Most of all, the view from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows was fantastic. Gazing and playing on a beautifully isolated stretch of sandy beach made for a wonderfully relaxing retreat. We were blessed with the perfect view of a rich and colorful sunset each day. Thanks to the owners for a spectacular weekend in this beautifully furnished and wonderfully isolated condo - we will be returning!

My wife & I booked this condo on the spur of the moment and the owner couldn't have been more cooperative & responsive to our needs ! The condo is exceptionally furnished and provisioned, with exquisite decor and spectacular views, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows.

We will most definitely be coming back to Navarre & specifically this unit. There is none finer on the island !
