Cooks and daily maid service included: The houses have full time live in staff, who live in the maid quarters on the ground floors. They handle all the cooking, cleaning and daily maid service. All meals are typical Costa Rican dishes and guests are welcome to three cooked meals a day if so desired. The only additional cost to tenants is the actual cost of the food.

We highly recommend a rental car for your stay as it makes for a far more reliable mode of transport. Local shuttle and taxi services are also available.

The property is located in Punta Leona which is a gated community approximately 10 minutes north of Jaco.
