Located in Hampton Bays, the home is a quick 2 mile drive to beautiful Ponquogue Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a large living room with fireplace, spacious kitchen which is open to the dining area for great entertaining, finished basement with a regulation size pool table, professional wood card table and has a utility room with full washer and dryer. The backyard boasts a large deck with dining area, BBQ, 6 person hot tub and outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. There is plenty of room for the kids to play on the .75 of an acre property.

Have just returned from my week in Hampton Bays and it was just lovely. The pictures of this property on the website do not do it justice. The house is light, airy and spacious. The decking is a really good size for two families and the hot tub was fantastic. The kids loved the huge garden and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. My only comment would be, if there are quite a few of you staying then take some more beach towels with you. We were in easy reach of great beaches, Southampton and East Hampton. We hired a motor boat from Spellmans in HB which was a lot of fun. The Landlord was very helpful and the whole rental process was easy and straight forward. We will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home rental. The home was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home was very close to some really good restaurants, Fire Island, beaches and Town. Great for antique shopping! Large outdoor patio with BBQ, with Huge backyard and wonderful jacuzzi. We can't wait to go back.

I would definitely recommend it.

Couldn't of asked for a nicer home for the family to enjoy the vacation this year! Kids had a great time playing KanJam in the backyard and the adults took full advantage of the hot tub! Great time had by all!!!
