About this property

Located in tower 2, on the 21st floor, this oceanfront condo has a master bedroom with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that comes with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room areas overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa! Washer and dryer inside the unit. The unit has its own balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Being on the 21st floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.

MAJESTIC RESORT AMENITIES:

Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features three outdoor pools, two indoor heated pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a movie theatre, tennis court and his & her sauna. It is also a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo, miniature golf and more. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

Great Stay

The location is excellent, the building is maintained fantastically, the views were spectacular. There could have been a little more upkeep with some of the items in the condo itself, but it did not disrupt our enjoyment of our vacation week.

Needs some work

The main bedroom mattress had a ridge going down the middle the ceiling fan lite had one bulb that did not work when you turned it on but then the bulb would come on and glow for about 10 se onds. There werent any hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and the bathtub water wouldnt drain properly.we plunged it every time we took a shower. We didnt find any hot pads till we had 2 days left because they were stuffed in the back of a drawer.we were constantly out of spoons and forks. The living room furniture was horrible and offered zero back support. There was one lounge r on the balconey which needs replacing.everytime you move it the front legs fall.i got about a 1 inch cut on the back of my leg because it got pinched after the legs fell.dont count on any beach chairs.the ones in the unit are locked up and there arent any available in february on the beach i almost forgot about the outside light by the bedroom that shines in the window and never lets the room get dark.i will say the unit was clean

Great quiet relaxing do nothing week

We were able to defrag for a whole week. I mean water, sand & a lounge chair who wouldn’t do nothing, lol! Everything about the property was nice. The only down side was we could never enjoy the balcony deck because every time we went out day/night someone was smoking and it seemed to come right into balcony.
