My husband, a friend and I spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. We were blessed with the best weather ever so took advantage of the balcony, especially in the evening. Everything you need is at hand, the house is spotless and very comfortable. The owner is readily available and very easy to work with. Macrina Bakery is about 2 1/2 blocks away and that became our breakfast spot. Ken's Grocery was also close so we took advantage of that convenience. The metro stop is right near the bakery and the drivers were most helpful. It is much easier to get around by metro than by car! We also recommend Betty Restaurant on Queen Anne Avenue. You won't be disappointed if you spend some time in this home.
My husband and two adult sons stayed at this beautiful town home for a little family vacation. The town home is beautiful has great views and was very user friendly. We love the Quaint area that it was located in along with restaurants that were in walking distance. it was wonderful having all the comforts of home while away on vacation . We would highly recommend this place to anybody and look forward to returning back to it again in the future.
My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this wonderful Queen Anne townhouse. It is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, and every other positive adjective that you could think of! The view, which can be seen from the master bedroom as well as the deck, gives just that touch of being near the water and the mountains to keep a nature lover like me happy in the city. There are many wonderful parks nearby, and plenty of tree lined streets to take walks on. However, if the city life is what you’re in town for, the location is so close to the heart of Queen Anne that a short walk will get you to some of the activity that makes Seattle special. We were visiting our son so we did not need a car, and he found street parking near the townhouse to be readily available. On a few occasions we used taxis to get around and they had no trouble finding the house (as it is a bit hidden we were afraid they might), and got us to other parts of the city quite quickly. We highly recommend this townhouse, and particularly recommend Janice as a wonderful person to rent from. I am sure that, as she did with us, she will go out of her way to take care of your every need, and help you in any way she can.
From the very beginning Janice was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Once we arrived everything was great. The place is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed. We loved all the windows and the views. The location was great too - we could walk the neighborhood, walk to some local shops and bakerys or if we wanted to go by car, we were just a few minutes from downtown, and other pockets to explore. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this town home to anyone! Thank you for everything Janice!
We have visited Seattle several times in the past couple of years for my husband to attend courses at the Kois Dental Center. We don't particularly enjoy staying at a hotel for an extended time. This time we chose this lovely place. It was perfect: views are beautiful, beds are comfortable, everything is modern and impeccably clean, well appointed kitchen, radiant heated floors were awesome (we are from Texas and had never experienced heated floors, the house stays cozy warm without any air blowing), excellent privacy, beautiful neighborhood, and nice local restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. Oh, and the Seahawks won the Superbowl while we were here! We grilled fresh swordfish on the patio. The entire Queen Anne neighborhood was celebrating. Very memorable time!
My wife and I stayed here for the long Thanksgiving weekend with our 2 daughters who both live in the NW. The property was sparkling clean and provided a great view of Puget Sound. great restaurants in the area, but with ALL of the equipment we needed for cooking already there, we mostly ate in. We would definitely stay there again.
