my husband and I have been going to this unit now for several years and it has everything we want. it is south corner 1st level with beautiful view of gulf and beach. it is located right over the pool but we dont find it noisy. the owners keep it in great condition and immediatly have any problem corrected. we have stayed in several other units in this building but this unit is much better furnished and maintained and very comfortable. there is a covered garage space for our car. the pool is located on tho south side of the building and gets early morning sun.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
