Our goal with the renovation of our home was to furnish it with all of the luxuries that people enjoy in their own homes. The kitchen is open to the family room and dining area. There are stainless appliances from high-end manufacturers, and the new granite countertops are echoed in the bathrooms. In the family room, an attractive stone fireplace creates an inviting ambiance on cooler evenings, and there is a 42' LCD flat screen Sony Bravia T.V. with H.D. cable and premium channels.
The family room is filled with light by sliding glass doors, which open to a furnished patio area. A relaxing and comfortable venue for cocktail hour, the patio offers peaceful sunset views as well as plenty of room for grilling or dining outside. Bohemian style blinds and drapes allow for plenty of privacy, and both of the masters offer new king-size beds. One of the master suites includes a Whirlpool tub, one of the secondary bedrooms includes a new queen-size bed, and the other one features two new twin-size beds.
All of the bedrooms offer new 38' flat screen TVs and have been professionally decorated with new furniture and new designer, high thread count linens. For the business owner, the office offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a telephone with free local and long distance, and a sleeper sofa. Additional highlights include a spacious two car garage with ample storage space, three ceiling fans throughout the house and new landscaping.
