Our villa is situated in Lake Berkley, one of Florida’s most exclusive 24 hr manned gated resorts in the Disney area. Lake Berkley has its own private tennis courts, 2 community pools,spa clubhouse, basketball court, volley ball court and gymnasium. There is a large lake with a nature trail, ideal for having a stroll on those warm evenings. There is a wooden pier from which you can catch all types of fish. There is also a kids play area and a small sandy beach where you can watch the sun go down. If you want to try an outdoor barbecue, these can also be found by the lake. We like the location because it's secluded and yet close to highway 192 and a 10 minute drive to Disne, 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach are within driving distance.Super Wal-Mart is located nearby on the US-192.
The Home is equipped with everything you need for the family including cable TV in the lounge and bedrooms, wireless internet, free local telephone calls, DVDPlayer, CD Player, games room and private (if required heated) pool. Fully equipped kitchen with separate laundary room.
Five large bedrooms which can sleep 12 persons comfortably. Some with an en-suite bathroom. Lovely peaceful, quiet 'home from home'.
