Brand new Luxury Apartment in the apartment building 'Black Pearl' for rent in downtown Reykjavik.

Perfectly located in the center but still away from all the noise. There are only 1-2 minutes’ walk to the harbor and the old town with gourmet restaurants, coffee houses, trendy bars and the main shopping street 'Laugavegur'. It is very close to excursions travel company which is perfect for going on wide range of day tours (whale watching, the golden circle etc.).

The apartment has a living room with sleepingsofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom with beautiful view over the ocean and to the brand new concert hall 'Harpan' and the mountain 'Esjan'. Spacious balcony facing south with view to the old town.

The apartment is bright with large windows in the living room and kitchen. It has luxurious new furniture in modern style.

The apartment have free Wi-fi, Smart-TV, hairdryer, ironing, dishwasher, washing machine, mikrowave etc. Cleaning and taxix are all inkl. in the rental fee.

This apartment has everything you need for your vacation in Reykjavik and staying there gives you this luxurious feeling. The location is very good, it is in the heart of the city center with restaurants, bars and shops in a short walking distance, but still there is no bar/club so close it will disturb your night's sleep.

Everything in the apartment is new and in good condition. It has very modern lightning and heating system. We got towels and clean line on the beds just as talked about. It is easy to have some kozy nights in the sofa, set the lights down and watch one of the many TV channels available.

Me and my boyfriend had a very nice stay there and I can definately recommend this apartment to others. Helga the owner was easy to reach and answered all my questions quickly. Takk fyrir okkur.

Great apartment. Before we confirmed our booking, we contacted Helga the owner with several questions about what clothing to wear, restaurants to eat and tours to book in Iceland. Helga responded promptly giving us great advice. The apartments was really cosy with under floor heating and plenty of hot water. The weather was very wet during our visit so it was lovely to return to the the apartment in the evening and have a comfortable sofa and TV separate to the bedroom and the kitchen. The apartment was really central for everything too. Restaurants and shops were less than 5 minutes walk. We highly recommend this apartment which was everything the advert said.Thanks Helga

My second time in Reykjavik and this is my new favorite place to stay. The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location. The heated floors and heated towel rack made the stay even better. Helga was easy to get ahold of and everything went smoothly from the airport pickup she arranged for me to checking into the apartment to departing. Next time I am in Iceland I will definitely try to stay here again.
