Boquete Country Club is an exclusive residential community located at a five minute distance from downtown Boquete. The community of Boquete Country Club sits atop a 3,600 ft. highland plateau and its natural topography, descending from north to south, strategically positions all home sites with respect to views of the Pacific Ocean and Barú Volcano.
The Mountain View Condominium & Villas is a residential complex conformed of two (2), four level buildings, with two (2) Town Houses on the ground level and six (6) condos in the upper floors. Each building has three (3) Villas adjacent to the main buildings for a total of six (6) Villas. The Villa is a one-family two level home with a total construction area of 2,668.26 ft2 (247.98 m2). Additionally it has its own private garden area with Gazebo.

We are a Panamanian family that lives abroad. We grew up in Chiriqui and always wanted a place in Boquete.
Now that we have it, we would like to share with others the beauty of the place.

Although just 8.9 degrees above the equator, at 1,050 meters (3,450 ft.), the town of Bajo Boquete is cool, when compared to the lowlands and the city of David, 29.6 km. (18.3 miles) down the mountain.
Boquete is spectacularly set in the lush, always green hills bordering both sides of the valley of the Rio Caldera. Panama's Central Cordillera (mountain range) is renowned for its’ fresh air, clean drinkable water, comfortable temperatures (rarely more than 30C - 86F), humidity-free climate, prolific flowers and verdant vegetation.
Together, these conditions also combine to make Boquetes' coffee, grown in our rich volcanic soil, rated among the best in the world. Oranges and other tasty local fruits grow in abundance, and there are plenty of fresh, locally-grown, quality vegetables too.
Boquete Country Club enjoys a prime location on the road to Palmira. This road is being extended to Poterillos Arriba to connect with Cuesta de Piedra just below the town of Volcan and Cerro Punta, facilitating easier travel around the highland areas of Chiriqui and strengthening the tourist industries of these beautiful areas. An important section of this road has been completed and is open for travel.

Boquete Country Club is strategically located only five minutes away (4.5 kilometers) from downtown Boquete with direct access to the new Highland Highway (currently called Road to Palmira). The construction for this road is nearly completed. The Highland Highway will connect the town of Boquete to Volcán and Cerro Punta, facilitating, in the near future, travel around the highland communities of Chiriqui. This should increase land values over other developments in Boquete.

Reservations are confirmed by paying half the total rental amount.
Full payment have to be completed 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled; full refund for cancelations made 4 weeks or earlier, less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks, 50% of the payment is refunded; less than 2 weeks forfeit of total amount paid.
