Lovely house share, great alternative to a hotel

My family and I stayed at this property rather than renting a suite at a nearby hotel and we're happy we did. The house is very well furnished and cared for, provides plenty of room, and the location is central while very private.
We had some trouble with the internet upon arriving but the owner and his agent helped us solve that problem right away, for which we were very thankful. It wasn't entirely clear before renting that this was a shared home - the owner lives in an attached portion of the house where the pool is located, making it less private than we desired - but overall this was a great experience.

To help clarify, the property is a separate guesthouse villa, equip with a full kitchen, bar and living room. The parking is shared, but renters do have access to the villa through their own private access walk-way.
The Villa is on the same land as the main house. It is however, built on a hill, therefore the Villa has it own views and is secluded from the main house.
In the future, the entire property is available to rent is necessary. :)
We do our best to let our guests know that the property is a guest house, and will try to address this more specifically in the future.
