Vacation in our creekside casa and we'll share our 809 acre Barton Creek Greenbelt backyard with you! Come swim, fish, or paddle in the crystal clear spring fed water or simply enjoy of cup of coffee on the back porch as you watch birds fly in from the greenbelt and admire the sunset against the limestone cliffs. Escape to your own private nature reserve with all the amenities of being 15 minutes to downtown Austin/ University of Texas campus/ Zilker Park and 15 miles/ 25 minutes from Formula 1 Grand Prix. Rentals during Formula 1, SXSW, ACL, and UT events have the option of a once daily drop off and pick up chauffeur service, upon request. Other transportation needs available upon request. Family friendly and families welcome.

Use of 2 kayaks and 1 stand up paddleboard included in rental.

Most importantly, we are located directly on the Barton Creek Greenbelt! Your view from our backyard is completely private - only 809 acres of spring fed swimming holes and limestone cliffs to share! Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, paddling, fishing, birding and rock climbing all from our backyard, or just relax by the outdoor fireplace on the back deck! 2 Kayaks and stand up paddleboard included in rental.

We so enjoyed your beautiful property for the holidays. The little boys had a blast with all the great toys & riding toys and throwing rocks in the creek. Your little touches that you left for us were much appreciated. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace!

Awesome home with lots of space

Me and 5 of my friends flew from Venezuela for the F1 racve and stayed in this lovely casa.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space and everything you need for your stay in Austin. From the corridor, you can hear the creek and has easy access to the trail for hiking and exploring the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Brad has kayaks and maps of the area if you dig hiking (we did not have time)

We specially enjoyed the corridor and yard. We had an awesome barbecue with local friends and then lit the fireplace after it got chilly. Neighborhood is very quiet cozy.

Owners Julie and Brad were really nice and hooked us up with maps, happenings and things to do in town.

Definitely recommended it.
