The 2200+sq ft house is a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath with plenty of room for the whole family. House has central air and heat. There is a large game room on the main floor with a 7ft professional pool table, dart games, roulette/blackjack/poker games as well as flat screen TV on the wall to catch all the games. A Blu Ray player is provided in this area with access to Netflix. (feel free to bring some blu rays) There is also a sound system with a dock to keep the party going. The game room has its own propane fireplace to make it warm and cozy for the colder months. This room has 2 futons that can open to full size sleepers as needed. Sliding glass doors bring you out to the deck for easy access to the hot tub and private small above ground pool. There is a full laundry and full bath on this floor. The main floor has 2 spacious bedrooms both with own TV’s and queen size beds. Once upstairs you will be greeted by our living room with a wall mounted 50inch flat screen TV with full motion mount easily moving the TV to where the action is. An Xbox 360(Netflix access) and Wii is also provided with some games (you are always welcome to bring some by for your stay) our personal DVD collection is also provided for you viewing during your stay. The TV sound system with AUX input is sure to make your movie night is just as good as the theater. A karaoke machine is provided for your stay so bring some karaoke CD’s for a fun night. The couch in the living room reclines and is also a full pull-out sleeper while providing plenty of room for the whole family. Some games are provided (Monopoly/UNO/chess etc). Another full bathroom on this floor as well. The dining room area has a beautiful marble table to make sure everyone can sit comfy and enjoy the food. The kitchen has plenty of cups/dishes/pots/pans/silverware to make your stay worry free and some spices are provided as well. The kitchen also has a wall mounted TV to make sure time in the kitchen is enjoyable! All the appliances needed are available including the dishwasher. The master bedroom is very big and spacious with an en-suite bathroom which has a large soaker tub. A sleeper couch/futon also in the room is perfect to sit on while reading a book or just relaxing. There is a flat screen in the room as well as a DVD player for those longer nights. This bedroom has an additional room that has been converted to a nursery with a Davinchi mini crib, rocking chair, bassinet as well as a changing table to make your stay worry free for all. The adjacent bedroom was converted to a kid’s room which can accommodate adults as well. It has its own flat screen as well 2 double bunk beds. One of the bunk beds is also a full size sleeper. The double decks in the fenced in backyard are perfect to have a BBQ on the high end propane grill. The brand new 81jet hot tub is located under the top deck to relax your stress away with a built-in sound system, LED lights and a waterfall. The kid’s pool is just steps away. The backyard has a fire pit to enjoy a late night by the fire or to cook up some s’mores with plenty of room for the whole family. All TV’s in the house have cable as well as HBO/Cinemax/etc. Free WiFi is provided to our guests also. The house can accommodate up to 15 people. Local activities pamphlets are provided to our guests to make the stay more enjoyable and worry free.
