This beautifully appointed and newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath is THE perfect condo and location.

LOCATION: One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St.

The Ski School (both adults and kids) & the Children's Nursery are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient.

Just completely renovated and upgraded! All new beautiful furniture, beddings, TVs and bathroom. Ski/Snowboard storage is located downstairs in the lobby and a beautiful slate coat rack awaits as you enter the condo. 575 sq ft.

Living Room: Elegant alder wood crown molding surround the main room with a sliding door opening up to a large balcony overlooking Peaks 8 & 7 and up north toward town and Frisco from the 4th floor. New leather sofa with queen pull out look over to a gorgeous stone fireplace, 46' flatscreen TV and the mountains outside. Sleeper sofa has been upgraded to Commercial Grade with a 5 zone mattress pad. Enjoy various games, books and puzzles located in the uniquely designed TV stand. A round table with 2 dining chairs plus 3 barstools along the counter provide plenty of eating and seating space.

Kitchen: Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. All the basics like microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer along with a crock pot, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, wine glasses, you name it!

Bedroom: One of the few units in Trails End with a KING size bed! Brand new and luxurious anti allergenic MEMORY FOAM mattress. Pillows all have anti allergenic covers. Enjoy watching TV from your bed on the 30 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. Another sliding door also opens up to the large balcony where you can enjoy superb views of the mountains while lying in bed!

Bathroom: FULLY RENOVATED. Granite counter tops, custom espresso cabinetry and decorative tiles. Brushed nickel Moen fixtures in this shower and bath combo. Hairdryer.

About Tanya Kogan

Your owners are Jim, Tanya and our 2 sons, 8 and 3. We've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors as does our 8 year old who is probably the only one in his class that knows that the best gondolas and chairlifts are made in Switzerland! We have owned rental property in Breckenridge for the last 8 years and rent out our 2 bedroom condo at the Village at Breckenridge (VRBO# 221194). It's a good choice if you have a larger party and would like to be close to one another. We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. We purchased a 2 bedroom penthouse condo next door at the Village at Breckenridge (you can even see it from our Trails End balcony- it is the top floor just to the right of the Clock Tower).

The town has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaway with you too.

What makes this condo unique

For us, traveling is enjoyable if we are confident our accommodations are up to our expectations. We put a priority on quality, convenience and overall ambience. We have made Trails End into that. Once you arrive in Breckenridge, the car will stay warm in the undercover parking and you can walk just about anywhere.

In addition to the ski in/ski out aspect, the ski school, child day care and ski rental are in the complex next door to ours at the Village at Breckenridge. The convenience is unbeatable and no time will be wasted so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation!

We consider this our home away from home and treat it as such. Small attention to detail and quality help make your stay an unforgettable experience.

This condo was comfortable for our stay. Walking distance from town, large enough to play games, relax and enjoy each other. Will definitely rent again. Only thing I'd change is providing ample lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Didn't have enough.

Comfortable Unit and Good Location

We were happy with our stay at this unit. There's a good amount of space, very comfortable bed, and large balcony with nice views. It was about a 5 minute walk to Main Street from the unit. The only downside was it's right at the end of the building by Village Road, and it was a bit noisy at night, but that might have been due to the crowd celebrating Oktoberfest. All in all, we would certainly come back to this unit.

Perfect vacation spot!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and 11 & 8 year old. It is exactly as described - clean and all that you need for your stay. The King bed and pullout sofa were comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and were able to walk to the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed the Indoor/outdoor hot tubs at Trailsend and the kids enjoyed the pool access across the street. Overall the Trailsend complex is well maintained and clean. Very pleased with our stay.

Making my annual escape from the Denver heat - was very pleased to find this condo. It is a good value, and everything is as represented on the site. It is clean and well stocked with everything you need. I must mention the fantastic view from the balcony - could sit out there for hours! Just a short walk from all the downtown Breck activity. Tried the stand up paddleboarding out of Frisco Marina, would highly recommend Stand Up Paddle Colorado for instruction.
