Modern luxury condo on second floor of a 5-year old neighborhood-style condo building situated on leafy street two blocks from the 14th Street corridor and three blocks from Metro (U Street). Building offers secure entrances and underground, secure garage parking (one space). Well-appointed condo features an open living/dining space, including high-end, well-equipped kitchen, stylish and comfortable living area (sofa, leather easy chair and additional seating), and dining table for four with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light. Large bedroom features queen bed, desk and window seat. Bathroom features tub/shower combo, ceramic tile floors and marble vanity. Full-sized deluxe one-touch Aerobed is available for extra sleeping capacity. Full-sized in-unit washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, HDTV included. deal for couples and families with 1-2 children over 10 or one well-behaved child over 5 years of age; not ideal for multiple children under 10 years of age. No pets.
