We do not tolerate noisy or rowdy groups. The island has 24-hour noise ordinances and will fine up to $1,000 if they receive a complaint.     We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season.

    We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
