A 2 minute walk takes you to the Parque del Indio Park and beautiful ocean park beach. A five minute walk takes you to all the shops and restaurants found on Ashford Ave, which extend all the way to the end of the street at the Puente Dos Hermanos Bridge.
An 8 minute walk takes you to the quaint and very local market in la Placita de Santurce for fine lunching or dining and night life.
A 15-20 minute walk takes to you to the Condado Lagoon for all types of water activities and nature watch, including mangroves, starfish, manatees and even dolphins.
A 20 minute drive or an hour bikeride to Pinones takes you to a very picturesque drive along all of Pinones beaches, through palmtrees and hundreds of kiosks for local food cooked on firewood. Some of Pinones beaches have natural pools for safe bathing for children, others are perfect for surfing. You may also paddleboard or swim through beautiful mangroves as you enter Pinones or ride your bike on the long and beautiful bike path all along the beach.
A 40 minute drive takes you to el Yunque National Forest and famous Luquillo Beach.
